What is reiki and how can it help?
Reiki is a form of alternative therapy known as energy healing. It centers on the belief that a universal life force flows through all living things, and when this energy is disrupted, it can impact our physical and emotional well-being. As a Reiki Master, I channel this energy to help restore balance and promote healing. As an Intuitive, I will share messages from your spirit guides and angels as to how to more easily navigate through any challenges you’re currently experiencing in your life.
What can you expect during your session?
If you come to see me in person at NAD Wellness in Frederick, Maryland I will have you lay down on the red light therapy bed fully clothed to start. You will receive the benefits of the red light therapy while you’re receiving the reiki energy healing from me simultaneously. Red light has a host of health benefits including reducing stress, inflammation, and improving the appearance and health of your skin.
If you do your session virtually, you will simply lay down on your bed with your eyes closed while I do the reiki energy healing over Zoom.
After the reiki portion is complete, we will talk about any messages you received during the session from your intuition if any and then I’ll share the intuitive messages I received.
After this part of the discussion, I will pull oracle cards to share what your spirit guides and angels want you to be aware of at this time in your life and how to navigate through any challenges you may be experiencing.

How can you book your session and what’s included?
Sessions are 60 minutes in length and are held virtually over Zoom or in person at NAD Wellness in Frederick, Maryland.
The cost is $150 for your reiki energy healing + intuitive guidance.
